How do I place a return or exchange?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your product. Please reach out to support@ledsroll.com with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Don’t worry—Our packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to Our Support.

What’s your return policy?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
